castillo can beat tyner (who impressed me against arnaoutis in his loss) with his experience, but does he have enough left in the tank to deal with tyners resistance? tyner i thought was very good against mighty mike, i thought that his experience wasn't enough and he was fighting at the level he had never fought at before, but i think having tasted what it is like to be up there with real world expericened fighters, he knows what it takes, also tyner is fighting soon after his last fight, which is good for him, castillo hasn't been in the ring for 9 going on 10 months and with a **** load of weight issues too, not to forget and not mention he has a huge financial pressure on him too after being sued and fined out the ass for his weight problems and contract problems. sad to say, we might see castillo fighting way too long and well beyond anything that is good for him health wise.

i think that if castillo comes in shape he will win with his experience, but if he isnt up to it physically, then tyner is going to get the biggest win of his career beating castillo. which i'm willing to bet that tyner is going to beat castillo, just by going off of castillo's recent track record............

it would be huge to pick up the name castillo in your win colum, even if he's old and isnt in his prime, he's stilll dangerous until he's stopped.

if i was in tyners corner, i would tell him to jump on him fast and get him out early, like hatton did, don't give him any room and don't let him plant his feet and set up punches, angles and pressure, and severe body work would be the game plan against castillo. i would tell tyner that castillo doesn't have a head, only a body, because castillo although stopped by corrales, who is a huge puncher, never been really hurt or knocked down with a punch to the face other than the one time, but with hatton he went down like a ton of bricks with good clean body work and fighting someone who has been known to shady on his weight, means the body conditioning is lacking and that is where i would be attacking!!!

I think Castillo wins. Tyner will have his moments though.

Castillo and Corrales used each other up. I don't think Castillo will ever be worth a crap in the ring against a decent opponent again, and Corrales wouldn't have been either, were he still alive. Fights like these guys had (first one especially) can use up everything a boxer has in a single night, and leave them forever ruined for serious competition.
