Its great that you think that, but i was referring to Foreman being a lot technically better than he was when he was in his prime. He didn't come in behind a jab when he was younger, his stamina was questionable, he threw wider looping punches and he wasn't patient. He was all power.

A bout with Morrison is a Joke. Sorry, but the bout would have been a nothing fight, Morrison would stand little chance imo.

Evander was set to be around '91-ish i think. But Tyson's silly lifestyle, money/management problems, Sacking coach problems, lack of preparation for bouts and Don King Problems resulted him in losing to Douglas and ending up in Jail.

Bowe was really active at around 91-94, the time when Tyson was in Jail.

Had his career progressed like any other normal boxer, that is, behaved normal and not been distracted and lured by the darker things in life, he would have probably eventually faced Witherspoon probably before/after Holyfield, then Bowe 93-ish.

        In my opinion anyway.

But alot changed in Tyson's life in between '88-'90 and between '90-'92.

Probably alot more than other fighters' careers put together

I would have also choose Tyson to blow away Morrison but since the fight never happen, we can't be 100% sure. Morrison would be a live underdog against anyone because of his one punch left hook power and if he got past the early rounds against Tyson, things could have gotten interesting. Morrison knocked out Ruddock with on punch( it came from the one shot even though Ruddock got up but clearly he was through), something that Tyson couldn't do in neither of his fights with Ruddock.

Its great that you think Foreman in his 40`s was better than a young Foreman also. I just think its complete bull**** He was fat, ancient, slow as ****. It took him an age to throw.

at Cooper,Stewart when asked for great names

p.s John Ruiz is not hall of fame worthy

and on you go boxing historian

Im out. Im not sure if i should have brought this back to life. Boxing Prospect come back and get into it again :/

TECHNICALLY BETTER, read all of my posts in this thread if you are going to come in a thread and assume things you don't know about. Its obvious that a prime Foreman was better because of his youth and aggression, but as far as technical and patience wise, old George was clearly the better fighter because he had better stamina and his patience allowed him to take a punch better.

I can't believe this kid bumps a thread that i made about a year ago and brings old points back up, i guess he just wanted to join in the argument. I bet even boxing prospect himself doesn't even think about this thread anymore. Well move on, its old news. Oh i also didn't say anything about Steward and Cooper being great names, another failure.
