If a fighter has had at least 40 fights and has had a title, at least how many big names should he have on his resume at that point?

Ive noticed some guys who have at least 40 fights and held titles and was wondering at least how many big names should they have at that point?

At least 5 to 6 big names should be in their resume but thats if they have the name fighters around their weight class to fight.
