Cotto is a simple guy man. Aint nothing to him but boxing. I honestly think that Cotto wouldnt turn Paul down for the simple fact he feels that he beat quintana in 5 rounds and I mean tore quintana down in 1 fight. While Paul had to lose an initial fight and come back to knock out quintana which some might say was a pretty lucky good shot that stunned quintana while they were cold and finished him.

I say if the fight came up the only person who wouldnt want Cotto to fight Paul is Arum. Not Cotto

Mayweather is an undercover vagina who is scared of being put to the test cause he cant hack it. Cotto doesnt make excuses like Mayweather and as far as cutting down any opponent I have not seen Cotto do.

So I cant picture Cotto saying he needs to prove himself to fight me.
