Floyd didnt retire in order to duck Cotto/Margarito. Reason why?

Think about it. Floyd would'nt be able to handle getting beat by a fighter that his father trained. Floyd feels as if he is bigger than king kong, let alone his own father. His ego would be reduced to ash if Oscar were to beat him. Its actually quite sad. I wish him and his dad would just reconcile with eachother. Its rare when a boxing family such as the Mayweather's comes along.

I think Floyd is hurt that hes taking a back seat to fights such as Cotto v. Marg....the fact that no one wants to see Oscar v. Floyd 2.....then he retires and the next day we have one of the best boxing nghts of the year...sux.

Dont u think that's his own fault though? He could've had either fight if he wanted. Margarito was foaming at the mouth for a chance to get Floyd in the ring. Although Cotto never publically said "i want to fight Floyd", i can bet my left nut that if Floyd wanted the fight, it most definitely would've been made.
