My welterweight ratings now that PGF is gone

    this is my list

    1. Miguel Cotto 32-0 (26 KOs)
    2. Paul Williams 34-1 (25 KOs)
    3. Antonio Margarito 36-5 (26 KOs)
    4. Shane Mosley 44-5 (37 KOs)
    5. Carlos Quintana 25-2 (19 KOs)
    6. Joshua Clottey 34-2 (20 KOs)
    7. Zab Judah 36-5 (25 KOs)
    8. Luis Collazo 28-3 (13 KOs)
    9. Kermit Cintron 29-2 (27 KOs)
    10. Andre Berto 21-0 (18 KOs)

Cotto moved up to the top when Mayweather left in my opinion. Willams jumped to number 2 after avenging his loss to Quintana + his close win against Margarito. I had a hard time putting Margarito in front of Mosley but Margarito has been doing much better at 147 than Mosley who just lost to Cotto at 147 and thats all hes really done there in a while. I kept Quintana in there because the guy still beat Williams, him and Williams are 1-1 even thought he lost in far more embarrassing fashion. I think Quintana is good at #5 right now. Clottey and Judah could also be switched. Berto cracked the top 10 for me.

WHAT A ***IN STACKED DIVISION! They dont need Mayweather

I like your list but Mosley should be higher than Margarito. Losing close to Cotto > knocking out Kermit Cintron

winning world title by KO > a loss

Mosley has only fought at 147 once recently, and it was a loss. Hes lucky hes as high as he is. I also dont see this "close" fight to Cotto at all. Ive seen the fight a million times and Cotto clearly won that fight.

What has Berto done to deserve to be up there?
How is Shane Mosley so high up?
                  Swap Quintana with Shane.
Zab deserves to be higher than Clottey.
