Floyd is amazing and was the rightful p4p #1 guy but he took some soft belts at jrWW and jrMW. I do give him big props for fighting a highly motivated Judah though and Baldomir was the Linear champ after he beat Judah so no gripes there.

With that said I could see Cotto doing something kind of similar and going up 2 divisions if he took on the weaker titlist.
