I read the book, got it as a Christmas present so i couldn't just throw it back in my sisters face. She didn't know i wasn't a fan of him, and i did pick up some interesting stories from that book and i like to read.

Calzaghe avatar phase was me taking the piss, Reed found a calzaghe pic that made me LOL so i used it for a while.

Like i said, i won't knock Calzaghe's achievements as a boxer, but am not a fan.

I'm a Joe Calzaghe nuthugger and I thought his book was ****.

It really is one of the worst things I have ever read. I did do a degree in Creative Writing though so I guess I look at these things differently.

It is fundamentally a **** book anyway you slice it. It reveals........f.uck all.

It was like an elongated profile piece in a newspaper like the Daily Star.

Yeh s'all good bro , always thought your an objective fair poster, just noticed more disses and slightly different tone on Joe of late. Perhaps as your more of a Roy fan it's natural.

* Needs the Eubank highlights adding, at least! First round of that fight Eubank had no idea what he'd gotten himself into by fighting the Zag!

* Iron maiden are rubbish, especially live! I saw them in 1986. Actually, it was fun. But the studio version of The Trooper is better than live.

I can't add anything else, this is an old thread I bumped so I don't have the Windows Movie Maker File anymore. I love Maiden, one of my all time favourite bands

I'm gunna buy a Calzaghe DVD set sometime soon to fill in all the gaps I have
