you've obviously haven't seen manny's ppv. there's a lot of filipinos in america. plus they don't even have to fly there they'll just drive from california. manny has a lot of filipino and mexican fans plus a lot of brits will fly over from britain.

after the manny-marquez fight the casino that held it already signed up for manny's next fight without the fight being a done deal yet.

the money is not in the tickets you sell and how many. the money is in how much the casino will pay to hold it because it bumps up their revenue not from the tickets but from the ******** profits for those who come in for the fight.

90 000 people mean nothing if people are paying $100 to get in.It has to be in Vegas where some pay thousands

Manny's fanbase mostly are in California especially in LA.. There are more than 2-3 million Filipinos living in LA that's why they travel to Las vegas to watch Manny's fights..

Las Vegas is still the best option and Joe Cortez being the referee.

i understand that. It doesn't explain why Hatton wants the fight in the UK

and that's why fights are held in atlantic city.

that's why they wanted to hold a fight in macau between valero-pacquiao.

guys it's not an american thing. it's a money thing. name the top grossing fights of recent memory.......where were they held?

i know filipinos would like it in philippines and brits would love it in wembley but money talks. why else would guys like hatton , wlad , manny , etc. who can draw incredible in their homeland (germany for wlad even though his ukrainian) still go to vegas to fight?

probably araneta coloseum. not sure about capacity but it's the biggest in philippines. you're missing the point though. the money is not in how much tickets you sell.

has ricky stated he will only fight in the u.k.? i'm sure he has no problems fighting in vegas. i don't think the deal will go through if it's in england. arum has a deal set with mandalay bay for manny fights. i know his last fight and this fight coming up is there.

                  not funny
who do you want as referee? big john mccarthy? :-)

2-3 million that figure is too high. i think there's only 2-3 million in the entire u.s.
