P.Williams vs (present) Oscar dela hoya, who wins??

With the WW division tied up I would love to see Paul Williams vs Oscar in September since Oscar doesn't have an worthy opponent (skill wise/weight wise). Unforunatley this won't happen

I know some of u guys on here said Dela Hoya could beat Cotto and we all know that Oscar put up a competitive match with Floyd. How would Oscar fare against Williams??
