holy had the mental toughness and chin to stand up to mike. and don't forget evander's great overhand headbutt.

If you're going by who created the most excitement during a particular era, it's Tyson. But had Ali been coming into his prime in the 80's, 90's or now with all the extra media coverage, it might be him. I'm not sure, but I voted Tyson.

Leonard all day, he always would make things exciting. He could make his opponent look like a fool & out punch them.

Mine was close, but the reason I chose Holyfield was because it was never an early round blow-out with him. So much sustained action.

Almost is not the right word. You saw a KO every single time he fought in at least his first 20 fights.

that's a good point, he wasnt a one punch bomber, but he had just enough to extend you and put you through hell.

the only time he stopped being the holyfiled of old is when he became old

Well, apparently he had an exciting fight with Lou Savarese. You combine the 2 men's age and it's 80+.

the left hook was beautifull but i was leaning more towards his performances with qawi, dokes, foreman, bowe, and the blowout of moorer in the rematch. the first moorer fight was good too actually, all of em are. atlas was classic there, he just added that extra tobasco to sizzle the heat
