The truth is, there is no other Puerto Rican fighter I enjoy watching. It has nothing to do with Cotto being Puerto Rican. Cotto could be Japanese for all I care. I am Mexican/American. I root for fighters because of what I see in them as a fighter and as a person and not because of what Country they are from or the color of their skin. Those of you who root for country are not true boxing fans at all, you are more like patriots and most of you don't know **** about the sport of boxing. Those of you who root for a fighter because of their skin color are the real racist. Those of you root for Country are racist too and have the need for superiority and that is ****-ism to say the least. I have noticed that those who root for Floyd only like Floyd because he is a **** talker and throws money around and acts like a complete idiot and a child. Floyd never grew up and niether have his fans. They are just fanboys, who don't know anything else other than Floyd. They don't watch other fights and run around quoting and mis-quoting what other people say.

floyd really gave boxing a bad look ever since he was recognized after the dela hoya fight. seriouslly who knew about mayweather until he fought dela hoya? exactly! he wasn't all that until he went crazy during press conference then all of a sudden he is a superstar. seriously mayweather is a skilled boxer no doubt. but what he did was a disgrace calling himself the greatest when he hasn't fought the greatest? the way he fought to get his victory was hella boring to watch. boxing as we all know is a contact sport so why run away and not let it all hang out. fight toe to toe not talk crap then back pedal. seriously aren't u all happy that u guys wont have to watch another idiotic stunt by this fool? atleast from now on u guys will see action packed boxing. 2008 has been great for boxing fights we should be thankful that floyd won't ruin it. come on cheer up. we didn't lose anything. instead, now we got real boxers who will put it all on the line and give US the fans the fights that we want to see.
