I'd say Gomez, atleast his corner didn't feel compelled to throw in the towel.

Both got there asses kicked and were overmatched. It's hard to say because really both guys took about as much punishment as they could. You could say Gomez did because he didn't take as many knees, but Lockett was actually willing to keep on going and his corner threw in the towel. Both fights were stopped rightfully so because the beatings were just too much.

gomez because he actually wanted to keep fighting.... true he got beaten bad and showed that he was way out of his league against cotto... but he had a heart that would not quit.

I'd say gomez took it with more class.

Its fine if you have to take a knee for special reasons by lockett took a knee multiple times...because he didnt want to fight.

Judah took a knee but got up and kept going until cotto put him out. and i believe judah took a knee like lamply said, because he couldnt see out of his eye that was closed shut.

lockett kept taking a knee because he didnt want to fight anymore.

I dont believe you can come down on lockett because his corner decided to call it off. He can't control that...he didnt really protest (like Chico did vs. mayweather) but none-the-less that was his corner's decision.

Neither, both were completely stripped of whatever dignity they had entering their bouts... Huh?! These two fighters climbed into a ring in front of a few thousand people and lost. You say their lost their Dignity, stepping into the ring knowing there was close to no why to win and still going in there to me proves Dignity and Pride is something those two men have a lot of. Maybe talent, and skill is what they lack. How dare anyone say ANY fighter who climbs into the ring has their dignity removed because of a lose. Regardless of how the fight goes the fact their in there shows a lot dignity more then some people who have never been in a ring judging them on it, instead of commenting on it.

We are that's why I'm commenting on it, instead of judging you on it. That doesn't even make sense but it reads real smart!
