Hatton being the natural 140 fighter i'd have to favour him against Pacman.

It's gonna be real close, especially with Hatton seemingly been rocked and taking too much punches. If he keeps his guard up and boxes he could have it. It's gonna be real close.

Prime Hatton would take it easy though.
they both the same age 29 and both been in tough fights so these guys are pretty much at the same level so the fight will be GREAT! its an even fight for me.

many I hope pacman looks good against diaz.
and i hope pauli mal does not run against hatton!

Even ESPN agrees with me! hatton needs a win over pacman to seal his deal for the hall!

        Ricky Hatton

After a stellar 2005, Ricky Hatton, right, seemed destined for greatness. Since then, however, Hatton's legacy has taken a hit.
England's wildly popular "Hitman" looked like a lock for Canastota after his '05 campaign that included a beatdown of Kostya Tszyu, but his string of underwhelming performances since has "unlocked" him.

Hatton could use one more Hall of Fame-bound name like Tszyu on his record, and the best candidate close to his weight is Manny Pacquiao.

But Hatton, who appears to be flaming out at 29, could also clinch a spot with just a little more longevity. One more full year as undisputed junior welterweight champ, pushing his reign to four years, would be helpful. An upset loss to Paulie Malignaggi in November, on the other hand, could be devastating.
i didnt say it wouldnt make him a hall of famer i said it wouldnt stick him back in top 10 p4p.....it beefs he resume and would be a very good win but everyone will say he should have won it anyway which IMO he should...still a great fight (again i aint knocking it)

I dont think mayweather got the credit he deserved for beating hatton everyone said that it was expected that he wins so why praise him and hatton wont get the credit he will deserve if and i think when he beats pacman they will say the same....hall of fame maybe....not sure bout p4p top 10. if pacman wins...for me it would give him one hell of a shout for hall of fame if he aint there already!

Agreed, but I think Hatton's significantly "aged" then Pac man.

I'm going to be stay up for that Pac Man bout, I'm more worried about the Malignaggi fight to be honest.

If Hatton loses to Pac Man, worse comes to the worse He would have lost to p4p 1 again... And I'm sure Hatton would give it his all, thus comanding respect for his performance.

This is in contrast with Malignaggi who imo has the potential to make Hatton look ******.

hatton 'aged' more than pacman? u basing this on what, his lifestyle? if base on boxing experience, i would say pac has aged more.
