Well actually Williams arm span and height is both larger then them but it's irrelevant. Right now I'd say Williams UD, Prime for Prime Mosely KO.

I guess it depends if Mosley would age overnight for the fight. Williams threw a 1000 punches on margo since he stayed on his face but a guy like quintana who boxed was a different story. Mosley would box him and I'm sure as hell williams won't hav the power to stop mosley who will be on his toes. Also Williams boxing is and will always be amateurish so it is a toss-up for me favoring slightly mosley
