Lampley said on HBO last night that Joe was most likely meeting Roy in the fall, but I haven't seen any hint of this in anything on the internet. I remember Roy pulling his usual money issues bull**** about a month ago, but what's happening there? Why would Lampley think it was on? It's a Roy Jones fight, which means I don't believe it til the first press conference. Add to that it's a Calzaghe fight, so I won't believe it til they're in the ring although Joe has been a lot better lately about seriously chasing big fights now that everybody's a senior citizen.

I feel like HBO will almost force the Jones-Calzaghe fight. You heard Lampley mess up and almost anounce it right there. He knows whats going on behind the scenes and I say that was the tale-tale give-away that the public needed. Viva-Las Vegas! Elvis, ********, Fine Chicks and Great Boxing! I think Joe might have this one if they fought.
I dont know if its Ring rust or age but Jones didnt look inpressive against a weak out of shape done for Trinidad.Comment
