Williams is a tough obstacle given his freakish build at the welterweight division. I feel that he HAS WORKED AND IMPROVED HIS JAB. In the last fight he jabbed like a puss.
However he showed that he is VERY vulnerable to the body in the last quintana fight. That would mean Cotto would have to get inside on him but i feel he can. Miguel Cotto is ALOT stronger than quintana and is Smarter. Paul Williams can be beat as he showed in the last fight. when your that Tall and have to make 147 you lose alot of muscle density that you have when you put weight on.
I would go with Cotto because he has the heart and balls to take shots to come in and deliver. He takes shots but makes you pay after and at 147 he has proven that he can take a punch as he did with Shane.
I think he Shane should go after him. and if he beats shane he can get Cotto.Comment

not sure 100% but the size/reach should be in favor of both...
why?
williams will want to box on the outside and keep cotto at the end of his jab...
cotto will want to work inside on williams to the body (and due to williams size it give cotto a LOT of mid-section body to work with)...
so its going to be an interesting fight and i think it would turn into a brawl in my opinion...Comment
