Come on, guys. Pavlik Vs Calzaghe.

    It isn't going to happen.

This is CALZAGHE we're talking about about. This is ****ing FRANK WARREN we're talking about here. These two were content to fight mandatories for 10 years.

If there's the possibility of taking on a young warrior like Pavlik, or a shot legend in RJJ in Wales, who the **** do you think they're gonna go for?

See, this is what really irritates me about Calzaghe. He finally decided to come to America, only to say he's going to have one, last fight after the Hopkins one.

If this is his last year, and it's all about legacy, why doesn't he fight Jones AND Pavlik? And maybe even Tarver too?

Who does it only have to be the one? And most likely against someone whose jockstrap he couldn't hold for most of their respective careers.

Joe has always seeked the best fights out there. It is the big names who wanted nothing to do with him.

As for Roy in Wales or Pavlik in the states, he will fight Pavlik in the states. It does more for his legacy in the long run, and although not paying as well as Jones would, it would still set him up for his life after boxing.

Joe is very proud of his undefeated record, and he knows that time is not on his side. The more he fights at his age, the more he is asking to get old over night. After all that Joe has achieved, beating Pavlik is all he would really need to do.

He can fight all 3 at the same time and he would still win.

Calzaghe DEMANDED Frank Warren to get him a fight with Kessler, he wouldn't take any other fights offered to him (besides Taylor and Hopkins).

Calzaghe has always responded to the British media saying he wants to fight Kelly Pavlik.

Nard is a more difficult fight than Pavlik. I dont see why Warren wouldnt take it.
