Cotto/Margarito Winner has to fight Paul Williams

Agree or Disagree? To determine who is the man at 147 after Floyd retired. Right now Williams has two similar wins - Quintana TKO 1, and Margarito by UD (I think Cotto will beat Margarito by close UD). Cotto is the #1 Contender at 147 NO ****ING DOUBT AT ALL, But Williams is #2 after his wins over Quintana and Margarito.

So it makes sense No 1 fighting No 2 to determine who is the LINEAR champion.

In the case of Margarito winning against Cotto, he can avenge his loss to Williams.

The linear title is basicly vacant, so whoever wins the winner of Cotto/Margarito vs Williams should be the man at 147 whether its Cotto, Margarito or Williams.

Paul would still need the July 26 winner more than they need him. The winner of that fight is the 147 lb champ. They don't gotta prove **** against Williams, even if it's Tony who lost to Williams. Don't mean the winner of that fight shouldn't fight Williams, they just don't have to. I think Tony's gonna win tho, and I'd love to see him and Paul scrap again.

I agree, EXCEPT if DLH offers Cotto a fight in which case i say take it. That would make Cotto a star.

I say, let Cotto knock the crap outta DLH, make WIlliams fight a tune-up in the co-feature, and then make the Williams fight, which would be BIG if that happened

Who ever wins (wich would be Cotto) don't need to fight PW but it would be nice if he does fight PW.
