There is really only one great African American fighter left who is still active, and that's Shane Mosely. If Winky actually scheduled a fight, I suppose he'd count. Let's see what Jermain Taylor does, I think he still has the potential to be great. I don't think Paul Williams will ever be anything better than a very good fighter. Great fighters in their primes don't lost to Carlos Quintana.
