Jorge Linares - He has all the tools to be a superstar.

Miguel Cotto is already on that level IMO. Beating Margarito doesn't Guarantee that otherwise Williams and Santos would be superstars right now too...Him beating Judah and Shane Mosley sealed it, aftering Dominating 140 lbs for some time and beating Quintana at WW.
