  • Best boxing organization

I know they all suck in some ways but who do you feel has the best champions top to bottom, and seem to make fights that aren't ridiculous mandatories.

So which one is the best and most respected in your opinion?

Probably the WBO but it could be all 4.

None of them are worthwhile enough to be called the best, but the WBC is clearly the most respected. A better poll might be "which one is the WORST".

WBA and WBC should be the only belts needed. They have solid rankings, and the WBC demands rematches when there is a controvensial decision. It may be that the WBC just wants to place sanctioning fees, but most of the fights are what the fans want to see.
The IBF seems like the most iron-fisted of them all, their mandatory requirements seem crazy to me. If someone had the IBF title it seems almost impossible for that person to unify. Also they awarded the IBF title to Judah AFTER he lost to Baldomir by default, what kind of garbage is that?
The WBO seems like a bit of a joke to me, as long as they get their cut, they don't care who you fight.

WBC seems to be solid up until you hit cruiserweight and there heavyweight rankings could've been written 5 years ago.
WBO has the worst champion in Zsolt Erdei but the WBA has some pretty shady picks as well.

Surprisingly, I think the lower divisions except for a few here and there have solid champions for all organizations. Some of the mandatory fights for Mijares and some of the other guys, do however raise an eyebrow or 2.

After revising the question in my head for about 3 seconds I think it's the IBO.

It's either the WBC or the IBF. The WBC has better champs, but the IBF has better ratings and the whole "you're not allowed to blow up over 10 pounds" rule which I like.

Worst of them all if by far the WBA with all their super champion bull****.

                There all pretty darn terrible
WBC is actually the worst for me. They were leanient to Don King throughout there entire run, they allowed Roy Jones to vacate his title and when he changed his mind they reinstalled him where there was already another champion. They got sued for all they were worth and almost went Bust. They allow Vitali to come back and immediately install him as their number 1.

WBO- Frank Warrens fighters always for for this belt for some reason, it's relativly new but a decent belt. They ranked a DEAD guy in their top 10, they actaully moved him up two spots since his death Darrin Morris was his name.

IBF- Lee the president of this organisations was under federal investigation because he was taking bribes to move fighters up the rankings. They allowed Judah to keep his belt after being beaten by baldomir when the belt was on the line, baldomir did pay the sactioning fee so Zab kept it... it should've been vacant. They stripped O'neil Bell because he was injured ONCE.

WBA- Bob Arum claimed he had to pay the WBA to keep his fighters rankings in 1982. A WBA judge said that the WBA told him to go in favour of a certain fighter it was n sports illustrated.

                there all terrible
The ring isn't great but it's as close as were gunna get.

They are all fairly lousy. The WBO is probably the best of a bad bunch. The IBF have some bizarre madatories and seem to favour australian fighters for some reason. The WBA is historically the most corrupt sanctioning body, having been owned by the mafia wholesale for a while, but for me the WBC takes the ****ing cake.

They were bad enough in the King / Cushner wars but the last straw was probably that Champion Emeritus bull**** with Vitali "vacant title" Klitschko. Essentially it was a "Get Out of Fighting Hasim Rahman Free" card which has enabled him to take some time off and get an automatic title shot once the champion was weak enough, er I mean he'd had a rest.

On balance the IBO is the best because it doesn't have questionable mandatories and rankings-for-sale.

                    Anyone but WBO.

MMA has a vendetta against them.
