I vote Winky Wright, although I doubt Oscar would give him the shot. You know the old risk to reward theory.
Who is Oscar fighting now PBF is gone?

My thoughts exactly, your a smart man, I don't think his fight with Stevie Forbes had satisfying results and he'll be looking for a lower risk, high reward fight to continue his "tuning up" for a mega showdown finale vs a P4P opponent. That would be Cotto, especially if Cotto beats Margarito convincingly. If Margo wins, Mora would be an ideal tune up for a Tony fight, given their similar physical attributes. The fight with Sergio would be very appealing in that it would be for the coveted WBC strap, it pits together two good looking East Los Chicanos (if you think that don't sells, you've been sleeping under a rock since 1992) and it would be during the weekend of Mexican Independence day. Huge fight in L.A., Golden Boy Promotions really needs to consider this, unless of course they feel they can't beat Sergio. If Oscar still wants to fight in September, it won't be against the MC/AM winner as it would be too soon after their war. He'll look for a softer touch than that. If Mora beats Forrest I think he is a sure thing. If not he may consider Chavez Jr or even Pacquiao, believe it or not. Then a December finale against Cotto if Oscar is serious about staying on track with his plans.Last edited by El Chicano; 06-07-2008, 12:01 PM.Comment
