Unfortunately “I’m not broke. I’m just not liquid” is just another way of saying, “I have a lot of nice things that I can no longer afford and are putting me in debt.” Quick economics lesson: a 20 million-dollar house is only worth 20 million if that is what you sell it for. How many people in this economy do you think are in the market for a 20 million-dollar home? Not many.
Despite the fact he put himself in this predicament I I hope he is able to pull himself out of this.Comment
