Quintana might be one of the most underrated welters out there.
His win over Williams wasn't a fluke. His movement and boxing ability is the perfect style to beat a volume puncher like Williams. I just dont see Wiliams winning at all kids. The punisher will get punished.

lol, that's hilarious. No offense if you're an avid Williams fan but I don't think he's so well known that a disguise is necessary.
