Kessler and Pavlik are over rated slightly.

Kessler looks better on paper, but he has never beaten a grade A opponent.

Pavlik looks sloppier on paper, but he has beaten a grade A opponent.

In Kesslers one true test, he had trouble making adjustments to Joe and was afraid to take risks. In Pavlik's tests against Taylor, he adjusted and fought two different fights to get the win.

Never go by how it looks on paper. Pavlik is as sloppy as hell but his opponents for some reason have a very hard time trying to deal with him.

Don't get all touchy..you're acting like a sissy..

Thobela is a LIGHTWEIGHT..I don't care if Kessler had pneumonia..

168lb fighters don't go 12rnds with SHOT lightweights...

Mundine was KTFO by girl-puncher Ottker Urkal..but Kessle couldn't even stop that tanker.

            Yes.

Pavlik beating Lockett has caused you to think differently?

Yes. Smart move though bumping this while you Americans are still high from Pavlik's win.

Gary Lockett was not on Pavlik's level, beating him really doesn't mean much.

Everyone knows Kelly has good power, but plenty think that Kessler might have more. He has a sick KO rate and is a massive LHW. Kessler maybe having better power than Pavlik doesn't mean that Kelly doesn't have any.

If you really want to compare the two then the power issue is at best unclear. What can be said for sure is that Kessler is faster, can throw a wider range of punches and has much better movement. All of that is fact.

pavlik's offense is off his jab and his right hand is his money punch, but pavlik throws a wide variety of punches and mixes them up well.

I think pavlik is more skilled and more intelligent than Kessler in the ring...
