Vernon Forrest, hard on the outside, soft on the inside.

It's funny to me how Vernon is acting like the big bad wolf when he's facing a guy with 5kos. I remember him as a no show for press conferences for his second Mayo fight. He was claiming that he wasn't into trash talking and that he just wanted to fight. That guy is a poser. He lives off Mosley forever. Prior to him nothing, after him not much either. He's a good fighter and he'll most likely win against Mora, who I detest, but Forrest is a poser and he is not great.

Emmanuel Steward said if Forrest hadn't had injury issues, it would be a pick-em fight Floyd vs. Forrest.

Vernon has lost to one fighter his entire career.

But I'll agree with the "soft on the inside" comment if you're using it to describe his charity work with develomentally disabled adults in the Atlanta area.

Vernon is p4p Top 10 RIGHT NOW

        Based on what, your opinion?

Emmanuel Steward, that guy can't pick for ****. Next, I'll have to listen to Teddy Atlas's picks.

Who beats Vernon at 154 right now? Or hell, at 160?

He already lost to Ike Quartey. Who beats Hatton at 140? Does this make him great too?
