I really have to disagree i think trinidad is 1 of the most accurate fighters in the game stil! and has the of the best hooks in the game also or use to.
Pavlik is technically sound he uses his jab and has a nice right hand behind it.
Why do people think these two are 1 demsional?

I love trinidad, he was one of my favorite fighters growing up, but he never showed an ability to adjust his gameplan as the fight went on, he lost in my opinion against oscar, he got beat up by hopkins and looked like an idiot against wright, he doesnt adjust at all.

As stated above, Trinidad didn't have a plan B, he wasn't very good at adapting so if his opponents managed to take away his plan A, he was in trouble.

We haven't really seen Pavlik have to adjust yet so it's unfair to him to call him 1 dimensional.

I dont think pavlik is one dimensional at least from what we've seen of him as of yet, but trinidad did have that same style for every fight and would not change it when he was in trouble or his plan wasn't working.

You can have an incredible amount of tools in the tool box, but if you only use the hammer, you're one-dimensional.

In order to be multi-dimensional, you have to USE those skills. Allow them to show, switch them up in and DURING fights. Before the fight. Otherwise, you either ARE one-dimensional, or you're worse.

I dnt think he was one dimensional, i just think he didnt have a back up plan if his 1st plan didnt work. He kept trying to exicute his 1st plan but most times he got beaten serverely if his plan didnt work

It's not so much that they are one dimensional by nature, but more that they choose to rely on thier ability to punch. It's by choice that they fight they way they do, therefore thier "boxing" ability naturally diminishes.
