if u got power, u got power, size doesn't matter. if u get hit with a perfect shot u go down. all it needs is timing and techinque. look at david and goliath. ****!!! -

True but guys at his previous weight category couldnt take his power now the guys at 135 are used to heavier hands.
I still think the Pac will beat Diaz but we will see what he is made of at 135Comment

David Diaz beats Juan Diaz anyday. Thats why he went after Julio instead of David. They have the same style but Juan really realy hates getting hit in his bellyfat.Comment

easiest lightweight champion out there......
give the guy a break he just fought 12 tough rounds for the 130 belt 3-4 months ago and it's a new weight division for him.
he can't fight juan diaz his first fight at 135. david is a solid , real 135 fighter with a belt. it's a solid pick for someone moving up. he could've easily fought someone easier considering this is a tuneup to get used to the new weight.Comment

When has a trainer ever said, "Yeah, my fighter has less P4P power now but we had to move up to get the bigger fights"? I can think of very few boxers that gained power when moving up weight; maybe Miguel Cotto, but he was weight drained to begin with. Sugar Shane Mosley went from a surefire KO artist to a guy that threw a lot of flashy weak flurries once he moved up in weight. Mayweather went from a boxer-puncher to a boxer-pot shot artist. It's just harder to knock out bigger guys.Comment
