everyone watching that fight thought chavez quit.........and the score went to the cards, and many were shocked chavez won........literally shocked.......and i don't care if anyone sees fights on youtube or where they see these fights.........just don't try to tell me what my eyes saw...........i'm objective when it comes to this sport because boxers work hard to achieve what they achieve.........cheating them with gutless comments like you is grade A phony.............I saw both fights as well. I had just turned 19 before the first fight. So if you think I'm one of these younger guys who saw these fights on tape or youtube, you're kidding yourself. I saw those fights live.

it was a fairly bad cut. but we dont really know how that fight would have gone on had it continued...I saw both fights as well. I had just turned 19 before the first fight. people seem to forget that their first fight was controversial too. If Chavez hadnt gotten penalized so much for the 'low blows', He would have won the fight on the judges scorecards.
anyways, Roger started getting beaten up as he was going into the later rounds, especially to the body. the first 6 rounds were pretty competitive though. thats how a lot of Chavez's fights went sometimes...he was a very patient fighter. Best version of Roger Mayweather there ever was, at 140. Pretty underrated fighter, actually. Hell of a right hand.Comment

exactly.....people thought chavez could continue .....i thought chavez could continue.......his corner wanted him to, but chavez........he would have to tell you why he didn't continue.........as far as the roger mayweather-chavez fight..........chavez was kind of frustrated because he couldn't really catch roger clean.roger boxed well...........chavez. ****** him hard to the body...........roger was landing hard, but but he fought in spurts.......chavez landed more.........i'm glad someone saw reality.......chavez wanted to keep on fighting.........and roger had had enough........he said he had no more legs..........it was a fairly bad cut. but we dont really know how that fight would have gone on had it continued...

Yeah, I watched that fight as it occured also, He got lucky with the cut. Randall was always a bad match-up for him, but at that point, Chavez was no longer the wrecking machine he was when he was in his prime. And this thread is about Chavez vs Mayweather II, so take that Randall **** somewhere else.yeah, great boxing knowledge......but they fought twice einstein......and anyone who agrees with the scoring of the split decision loss never saw the fight......randall clearly won.........chavez won the rematch......he quit to win..........that was the word then..........and if you don't believe me.......google chavez-randall II and read about it..........because i was a witness to it.............
