Who is the tougher challenge for Mayweather?

I think matchups-wise Floyd can pull a Cory Spinks or Bernard Hopkins on Pavlik, it's not a given at all but it's possible nonetheless. I think Cotto has great footwork and confusing combos to deal with. I think that's bad for Mayweather. He'll close his mind maybe.

Cotto or Pavlik? The reason I ask this because the last thread where I listed 10 fighters for PBF they both came out on top and the gap between both of then was only 5 votes (There was around 40 votes for them in total).

hell no... pavlik's reach and power is just too much and pavlik can go 12 hard rounds without gassing.

Voted for Cotto because a Mayweather-Pavlik fight is nonsense... We all know Paulie's gonna TKO Pavlik in the opening round in his MW debut before Mayweather ever moves up. Then move up to LH and KO Dawson, Johnson, RJJ, and Tarver all in the first 6 rounds. Finally he'll move up to HW by then having grown a real set of Eddy Gordo dreads granting him Samson like powers. He'll KO Peter, both Klitchskos and finally cap off the greatest resume of all time by facing David Haye for the UFC HW championship and force him to tap out with a rear naked choke followed by a flying spinning dropkick to Dana White's face...
