The more they hype Pavlik up with those ******ed odds, the more I want him to lose, and I am a fan of Pavlik.

The hype machines of Pavlik, Calzaghe, Mayweather, Cotto, Pacman etc can be so over the top.

Every fighter is vulnerable. None are infallible. underdog fighters throughout history have beaten fighters they were supposed to lose to. Making odds like that makes me want to put a couple hundred down on Lockett. Sure it is just a lottery, but hey the payoff would be fine.

        LOL.

Lockett really does have no chance though. If he had size I'd be up for it. But he looks at least two weight classes smaller and is not remotely as good as Pavlik to begin with.

He has decent pop. But not enough to make it interesting.

Pavlik loses to Winky. Of course, he's too busy fighting the Locketts and Rubios of the world instead of the only real threat at middleweight, besides maybe Abraham. Now, if Pavlik beats these two bums he has lined up next, watch him unify the division by beating European bums like Sturm and Abraham, and get all the credit in the world, yet he is going to do all this while ducking the only other live body in the division. Shameful.

I'm a Pavlik fan, but at 25-1 I just might take some of that action. This seems to be the year of the upset so far.

I think Mora/Forrest is this weekend too. Though not as big, still big.
