Leonard in his prime was never a middleweight. The fight was perfect, the way I remember it, Hagler just came off a tremendous KO of dangerous Mugabi, Leonard coming out of retirement and moving up to Middle to take on the best P4P fighter in the world, doing the impossible basically. It was a great build up for the fight. And it turned out to be a great fight, still debated today as to who really won, I call it a draw!
