vargas doesn not have a weak chin by any means! he was more shot than anything. and it's sad to say that to someone in his mid to late 20's that had so much potential.

Margarito without a doubt. Mosley was a phenomenal puncher at 135lb but is merely a good puncher at 147, and he does seem to hit less hard in his old age. Bless him.
