Julio César Chávez vs Ricky Hatton @140 (in MSG)

Who reigns supreme at 140, fighting at MSG; neutral territory.

I've got Chávez by KO, 7th round. Incredible chin, stamina, determination. More durable than Hatton, good puncher. Oscar de la Hoya couldn't drop him even when Chávez was clearly past his prime. Hatton could never stand up to DLH, and was dropped by a relatively light hitting Mayweather.

I voted for Hatton by KO by mistake. I meant to vote for JCC Jr. Hatton will get hit flush too many times to win this battle.

I never specified that JCC would win by KO either. I'm not a Hatton basher cuz I actually do like the guy and I've always rooted for him but I just think that if JCC can use his height advantage he'll be able to catch Hatton way too often and the kid can hit. JCC is the better boxer between the 2. Notice I said boxer not fighter because JCC does need to step up in opposition.

I just think Hatton needs to concentrate on his defense a bit more.
