1. Willie Pep (easily)
2. Rocky Marciano

4. Tony Zale (severely underrated, imo)
5. Marcel Cerdan
6. Carmen Basilio
7. Gene Fullmer
8. Joey Giardello
9. Ken Buchanan
10. Joey Maxim

Rocky Graziano was an exciting slugger with a huge right hand, but he didn't do much aside from beating an old Zale once.

Billy Conn was at the end of his career in 1944.

For me, it could have been, the guy they called "The Great White Hope"
Gerry Cooney and Tommy Morrison. But Cooney turned out to be just that - hope. and Morrison got HIV positive.

not too many white fighters can or could compete with black or mexican fighters in their primes only a few..so those 20 guys thats u ppl are listing i dont know where they came from..heres the REAL LIST
