I voted for Raf since I believe his two fights with Izzy were the toughest.

vasquez easily, those 3 fights were with a guy who had the power to stop him, as well as being faster than him, he worked his ass off and had to dig deep each fight, including the one he lost.

mayweather fighting de la hoya at 154 and then taking on undefeated hatton, while no one will awknowledge those were 2 fights that werent exactly easy at this point, was still pretty heft taskwise.

Cotto taking on Judah And Mosley has to be applauded, he got rattled by judah early and finished strong, and against mosley, he had to dig deep himself as he looked winded, but used his movement and skills to keep mosley at bay for the desicion.

pacman? sorry, those matches werent exactly barnburners.

Marquez walked through juarez although it wasnt an easy fight.

Wright and hopkins basically only fought what, once?

Yeah, but since I used the Ring's ratings I had to include them.

You think Raf is better than Izzy?

I thougt Raf would get the better of the trilogy, as yes he is more skilled. But Izzy is relentless, he gets stronger as the fight goes on, and his left hand is a great equalizer.

yea, but that fight proved that being more skilled doesnt mean you will come out on top, one mans will to win forced the fight to be what it was, we have seen vasquez pushed to the limit with the Jhonny Gonzalez fight and now this trilogy, dude fought the toughest fight he could against someone who was basically supposed to walk over him.

                    Floyd and here's why:

Oscar is an all time great and got every demand to go his way

Floyd still beat him pretty easily

Hatton was charted high on p4p lists and undefeated

                    Floyd destroyed him

There is a reason he was given fighter of the year. Sure, now after the fact everybody can say Hatton is **** and Oscar is too old, but at the time plenty of people were betting against Mayweather.

I'd give Pavlik the nod over most the guys on this list, running about even or slightly below Mayweather.
