Actually the differences would be that
1) Hagler and Leonard were closer in size than Cotto and Mayweather.
2) Hagler and Leonard were pretty much in the same league (p4p), whereas Mayweather is on a whole different level than Cotto.
3) Hagler was older than Leonard, and Cotto is younger than Mayweather
So in relative terms Hagler was much better than Cotto is, but he also was older and smaller (relative to their opponent).Comment
