Wladimir Klitschko Vs Tony Thompson

Well Wlad has had trouble with southpaws in the past, and except for a 4 rounder early in his career, Thompson is undefeated. He's 6'5" with good reach, decent pop, it'll be interesting, but Wlad should stop him late.Comment

It won't be as easy as some people believe, but Wlad will win by KO or TKO in the eighth or ninth round.
Thompson hasn't lost in eight years (his only career loss was a close decision in a four round fight) and he's never been knocked down. He's tall and strong with a slightly longer reach than Wlad and has an excellent jab.
With his awkward southpaw style, Tony won't be a soft opponent like Austin was, but Wlad will prevail.Comment

Thompson actually isn't half bad. He will put up more of a fight than Wlad's last few opponents, but I could see this one being a tactical snoozer like the Ibragimov fight. Thompson doesn't possess one punch KO power, and that seems to be the ticket with Wlad. There's no one in the division that can win a boxing match with Wlad - your only chance is to brawl with him and catch him with a flush power shot. Thompson will get frustrated and either lose a UD or get KO'ed in the later rounds.Comment

Damn usually there a few people on here that give Wlads oppoenent a vote or 2 but none here for this fight. Thompson is too old,too slow and doesnt have the one shot knock out power, Wlad will be determined to get knock him out. Klitschko ko/tko within 8Comment
