**** Vernon he sucks. He beat ONE quality opponent, in mosley, who should not IMO go to the HOF. Then what? ****in trash, garbage, and any other word you can think of. Mayorga **** of Forrest. Mora ends this wannabe's as.

He's racked up pretty good wins of late. Also beat up Vince Phiilips.

Forrest is actually somewhat underrated I think. He doesn't receive the attention and p4p considerations he should. So he lost to one opponent, but people make too much of that. Defeating someone like Mosley was an achievement.

He'll have no problem against Mora this Saturday.

Well P4P considerations? Not quite. He's racked up good wins in Badlomir and Piccirillo, but Baldomir was coming off a loss to Mayweather and Piccirillo had lost to Spinks and Mayorga.

WHAT!!!! Ike whooped Vernons over hyped ass. But they GAVE it to Vernon. Vernon is equivalent to music's one hit wonder. Because his career is literally based on fights against one person.

Why is Baldy a good fight for Vernon but not MAyweather. Baldomir is the classic over achiever. He is boxing's "Rudy". Vernon? Come on, he is not all that.

Why do you dislike Vernon Forrest so much Scotty?

That fight was an absolute rarity for him though.

Sometimes you just don't like a fighter for reasons that are hard to explain. I have no problems with the guys who act like badasses like Miranda or Mayorga. But to me Forrest is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He talks a lot of **** about other fighters, and is a whining crybaby himself. He also is a dirty fighter and a vicious headbutt set up his big 2nd round against Mosley.

However, if he beats Mora convincingly you won't hear me say he beat some bum from the contender. I consider Mora a much better challenger than the two washed up guys he beat last year that has so many people convinced he is still so good. I think he'll look his age this Saturday.

Baldomir wasn't an impressive win for either of them. Floyd needed him to get the title so that's acceptable, but he had no business in the ring with Vernon Forrest. I'm sure it is no coincidence that they are both managed by Al Haymon who could sell HBO a fleet of Ford Pintos.

I agree 100% with this post. Except I dont think the head butt had anything to do with the Mosley KD.
