if dlh could only do 600k with mosley then mayweather couldnt do that much. educate yourself.

also worth mentioning that De La Hoya fought PBF 6 months before Cotto got 400k buys against mosely and DLH picked PBF as an opponent a full year before that 400k ppv. so unless DLH had a time machine he had abosultely no reason to pick Cotto over Floyd.

If Cotto can do close to 400k with Mosley then Floyd an do 600k.

Mayweather is a bigger draw then Cotto.

The Delahoya - Mosley rematch did 950,000......Floyd can't do that with Mosley BUT he can definitely break their first PPV fight which did 590,000

I think I just educated myself.

it would not get close to 600k. it would do the same as cotto-mosley at best.

The stats don't support that opinion.

Floyd did 375k Vs Judah in Las Vegas.

Cotto did 250K Vs Judah in their Hometown New York.

Hell Floyd Mayweather did better numbers with a washed up Delahoya then Tito Trinidad did in his prime vs a young unbeaten Oscar.

With those stats, chances are Floyd does better with Mosley. All that mainstream success he been enjoying you better believe he would do better then Cotto.

cotto did 400k ppv buys with mosley, more than mayweather had done.

so if cotto hasnt done enough ppv buys to get a mayweather fight then this man is a hypocrite along with being a ducker and a dodger.
the only PPV card Cotto headlined prior to DLH-Mayweather was against Malinaggi on an indepedent ppv which did well under 150k buys

              /argument
