One day a good sized (120lb?) german shepard came into our yard, it was alone and must have got off leash or what ever.. our dog didnt give a **** till the shepard tried to take away its bone in our yard. That big fat f@cking ***** of a berner f@cking jumped up and ripped the shepards ear RIGHT F@CKING OFF it took like 2 seconds! the shepard squealed andf yelped and ran off and we never saw the owner or heard what happened to the dog.
It goes to show that when it comes down to it how pwerful and dangerous ANY dog can be.. Now add 4 claws to that?? NO thanx!

Yeah, you NEVER **** with a dog's bone or mess with them when they're eating. When meeting a new dog for the first time, NEVER walk up to it standing directly above it and try to put your hand on his head-they take it as a threat. You're supposed to come down to the dog's level and let him sniff you. I've always done that, and never had any problems-even with strays.

And, I love Bernese Mountain Dogs and Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs. Strong as hell and beautiful to match.

Also, what are you doing feeding Sir Rufus marshmallows? LOL No wonder he's so fat!!

ROFL!! Dude, that line has me rolling man...

yeah, it's hard to resist feeding the family dog scraps from the table or whatever. Shouldn't be done, and the reasons are many. But, I bet he's as happy as a clam Just don't feed him chocolate, because that could seriously kill him. Post a pic of his fat ass if you have one. LOL

Hey mate , yeah I have a load of old sporting dogs journals full of records , not that weightpulling was my cup of tea , I just had a quick look on the web and although weight pulling is very big now , the American Dog Breeders Association used to have a national comp , off the top of my head the record off the day was around 4000 lbs and I think it was a big white dog they called bigfoot or bighead , something like that , lots of figures on the web of them pulling very large weights and cars etc but I cant readily find what Im looking for ,, I will see what I can come up with Burowz , I have a lot of old ADBA magazines I might have to scan some stuff from them .

Hey bro, I found some videos on YouTube of Pits pulling and they most definitely pull more than I thought they could. I would like to see 'em pull the weight without wheels/casters on the bottom of the load though. It would be interesting to see how much "true" dead weight they could pull.

The Rotty bites harder than any dog that ever lived , man do you realize how ****ing ****** that blanket statement is , you telling 500 years of breeding for animals to destroy another animal was for nothing , so seeing the Pitbull was bred to bite hard by people that tested hard generation after generation failed and the Rotty breeders got the hardest biting dog in the world by pure accident , I cant believe how easy with todays youth common sense goes out the door and gullible comes right on in .

Mate my goat got grabbed by next doors Rotty a couple of weeks ago and he had her for a good 5 minutes , when I got there I threw a garbage bin and hit him with it and it took of , the goat never had a ****ing mark on it , I thought the prick my have a go at me as I was running up to it , if it did I had my mind made up of dragging the basted across the yard and into a pitty on the chain and I know what would have happened .

I didnt say you just picked anything , I was giving you examples , go and read the dam posts and absorb whats said , everything I said is provable , dont add more crap just address whats been said , your another thats done nothing but telling me all about it .

Do you think a few represents an entire breed ?
If so explain how they can all be the same with no individuality ?

because all rottweilers are built the same, jaw structure wise. but of course there weights and heights may vary slightly.

a rottweilers jaw structure is the same to every other rottweiler in the world!!

just like humas all have the same bones and organs and everything!!!

i nver said the rottweiler bites harder than every other dog that ever lived.(read my posts before you make a sweeping statement!!!)

but 10 times out of 10 a rotty will bite harder than a pittbull!!!!!!!

i proved that a rotty bites harder than a pittbull with that video, yet you are still adament that a rotty does not!!!

                your crazy!!!

p.s. why are you boring us with all this talk about $20,000 dogs???
we are talkling about domestic dogs here, the original poster did not say,

"i seen this specially bred $20,000 pitbull ripped up a cougar,i think it did it because it cost $20,000. yea it was because it cost so much money...thats why it bites so hard.

                (crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzy!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Only thing superior they have is MENTAL toughness. That's why they can scare off predatory animals that could easily kill them. They're bred for it, but a wild animal reacts on instincts most of the time. A cougar for example needs 1 well placed bite to kill any Dog, and it can easily achieve it by using it's huge claws and paws to gain control of the little demon.

I heard some say a Pitbull is the strongest animal P4P? First off, it's impossible to know exactly, and secondly there are Felines and Bears that could quite possibly be stronger P4P. Take a Grizzly Bear of any size and you can see it's very heavy bone structure, huge shoulder hump, powerful and very thick limbs etc would make it one of the strongest animals p4p in the world.

I don't always agree with Ricky but he's right when he says Pits are 'overrated'.

No offense, but it doesn't seem like a grown man would be the one to "promote" Pitbulls on a Boxing forum.
