I think you're overrating Titos charisma here. Tito became huge because he was marketed/managed correctly, they've done an okay job with Cotto but he's all business and don't give a **** about PR

just cuz he doesn't call out floyd it don't mean that he don't give a **** about PR. He never calls out anybody, its not his style.
