Floyd wasnt a household name and also I can tell you specifically why he took each of those fights.

...and when has Floyd ever been a draw, I remember not too long ago he couldn't even sell half the seats of his cards in his hometown of MI. Floyd can draw when he fights guys with huge followings like DLH and Hatton.

I can guarantee you Cotto has more fans than Mayweather, admit it Mayweather's style is not fan pleasing and he doesn't have many hardcore fans that follow him fight after fight.

If Cotto has more fans why couldnt he muster more than 160,000 with Zab, Floyd has never been below 300,000 even with Baldomir.
