The best punch I've ever seen was Oleg Maskaev landing that right hand bomb on Hasim Rahman and knocking him out throw the ropes and onto Jim Lampley's lap.

What is it with Rahman and Maskaev that makes Rahman prone to getting close to or completely knocked out of the ring? LOL.. Nonetheless, the first punch is way funnier.
