    Dont know what this is doing on NSB but its funny how the article says it should never be used for commercial purposes but just about every commercial block in the u.s has a taekwondo school. 99% of them opened by guys that absolutely SUCK and have no right to be called master. Its the watering down of this art that makes people think its impractical, but guys like cung le prove that the oldskool hardcore version of TKD can definitely be a force to be reckoned with in MMA
