Diaz never fought anyone until Summer 2006 (other than Kendall Holt, who KO'd him). He was way behind when he KO'd Santa Cruz and he just barely edged the same Morales that Pacquiao had just KO'd.

I think Diaz's only chance is to hope something big lands and hurts Pac. Otherwise I see him getting UD'd or TKO'd late.
