When Pavlik hurts fighters and knocks them out, they completely crumble. They completely disappear. Look at the fashion in which Zertuche, Miranda, and Taylor were knocked out. They were destructed. When Taylor had Pavlik hurt it was one way, but when Pavlik got Taylor he completely crumbled. He must have some heavy ****ing hands which is why he destroys people.
I noticed something when Pavlik knocks fighters out.

The same way you feel about Pavlik, is the way that i feel about Margs. He is too heavy handed for Cotto late in the fight. I have been saying the C vs M is gonna be like Pav vs JT 1. Margs might get hurt or buzzed early but late in the fight Cotto goes down like JT.Comment

I think it was McKart who said that even though Pavlik isn't really a one shot KO artist, that he had really heavy hands and every punch hurts and builds up.
In the cases with Taylor, Miranda, and Zertuche, he was catching them with good shots all night. Eventually the accumulative damage was just too much.Comment

i remember the mckart fight, pavlik just destoryed him one shot at a time.I think it was McKart who said that even though Pavlik isn't really a one shot KO artist, that he had really heavy hands and every punch hurts and builds up.
In the cases with Taylor, Miranda, and Zertuche, he was catching them with good shots all night. Eventually the accumulative damage was just too much.
mckart is a tough SOB and had never been stopped. and pavlik broke him.
pretty sure i remember a vicious left hook to the body that left McKart on his knees crawling awkwardly forwardComment

He just breaks guys down. By the time he hurts them with one punch, there legs are gone. Every punch after that is like a Tyson uppercut. not to mention, Pavlik is clynical when his man is in trouble, and almost never lets his man survive once they are hurtComment

interesting comparison..... but Cotto has proven himself against his opposition, Taylor never could clear that hurdleComment
