Calzaghe beats an overhyped Lacy, an unknown Kessler and then an old Hopkins and all of a sudden he's a legend and all of this bollocks. It's complete bull****.

The only thing people overrate about Calzaghe is his ability to beat different fighters from different eras.

I have, on more than one occasion, seen Floyd refered to as one of the best of all time, if not the best.

Calzaghe has a chance against anyone in his weight from any era, it might be small but it's still a chance.

Mayweather has no chance of acheiving GOAT status, none whatsoever.

Don't get pissy with me for ending your ****ty thread with a reasoned arguement, something you are sadly yet to provide either way.
sorry im to busy trying to fend off the abuse from the other Zag fanboys ,its obvoious he has a chance he is human and he has 2 hands then same as his oponent

my point is his other fanboys thinks its gospel

You are trying to say Calzaghe doesn't have a chance against Toney or Hopkins and anyone who suggests he does is talking out of terms?

          **** off, useless ****.

sorry but floyd has a long way to go to replace calzaghe's status, he needs to beat margarito, williams, quintana, cotto and have a rematch with hatton, ONLY then can he compare himself to the likes of calzaghe!!!

we all know that won't happen though because floyd does nothing but harm the sport of boxing!!!

Ricky, I like you, but you make exactly the same point as I did, but why with all the aggression? I know people on here are mostly idiots, but don't lower yourself to their level yeah?

I hope this is just a joke, because I am unable to change my vote.

no im not , im saying its is unlikely that he would beat Toney & clearly it would be an up hill struggle for him to beat a prime Jones no matter how good u think Calzaghe is especially by knockout as has been suggested ,as for beating a prime Hopkins i think we saw him struggle badly enough against the 43 year old version
