Based on your statements, I'd say Floyd. He's further from best ever than Calzaghe is from the achievements you list.

I don't think either are overrated in terms of their reputations in boxing today, all hate and nuthuggery aside. I agree Floyd is P4P #1 and I agree Calzaghe is the best SMW/ LHW.

All time, I'd say Floyd is overrated and Calzaghe maybe even a little underrated.
